Is there a way to have this form automatically send email notification to specific users based on specific events.  For example, an auto repair center has a table showing user personal information along with vehicle information such as registration and inspection expiration dates.  I need something that will send an email to the user stating their inspection is going to expire or registration is going to expire.  Can this software do that?

If it will not, what would it cost to get that programmed into it?
